Job Description

1

Preparation & monitoring of marketing budgets which comprise of Marketing, Rebates & Incentives, Sales Promotion (Trade, Institution), Advertising & Visibility

Conceptualizing communication campaigns & messages for brand promotion and enhanced mass visibility by different mediums

3

Liaising with creative agencies, media & vendors for promotion & marketing needs basis requirement

Creating buzz and Pull for brand. Conducting various activities consistently for consumers / end users - ATL / BTL / Media

Conducting market visits to understand & study the market placement, competition study, consumer/retailer perceptions, regional media habits, distribution issues, linked proposal performance, VPO, etc.

Managing Loyalty Programs; Conducting Events & Meets; Introduce new initiatives; Managing Social Media handles; on regular basis

Periodically studying & analysing the sales data – brand wise + segment wise + region wise + monthly/quarterly and studying it YOY vis-à-vis sales

Periodically contribute for: Content for in-house newsletter, preparing presentations, literature, brochures, along with POSMs working towards counter visibility

Maintain all the information, analyse, and generate periodic MIS reports for taking appropriate decisions.

Manage the brand team and align with sales team as support function, delivering desired output for improved results for better price positioning

Organizing Tours for National & International destinations; Procurement & Distribution of Gifts/Scheme items for the network on basis of respective performance

Conduct brand positioning studies & marketing program effectiveness research at periodic intervals across different segments of the market and initiate actions, as appropriate, for enhancing the brand value
