1. Optimize and set up application and production jobs according to customers' requests.
2. Solving Laser cutting issues , testing & trailing of various parameters for different materials like Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Titanium, Spring Steel, D2 material, Weldox, Hardox, Galvanize steel etc.
PLC and SCADA (Beckhoff) programming.
3. Understand job requirements and specifications. Decide on optimum laser system and beam delivery requirements.
4. Perform “in process” inspection of production parts using a number of analytical methods.
5. Communicate effectively with customers and application team members to deliver results that drive customers satisfaction.
6. Compose applications reports and log all relevant data in the database.
7. Report problems with the job, tooling or system to the application lab manager.
8. Coordinate with the project(engineering) team to formulate system definitions consisting of processing needs.
9. Work in conjunction with the sales department on status of orders and customer service.
10. Support setting up of new systems and performing final acceptance with the end customer.
11. Communicate effectively with customer and service rep. to provide technical support and training.
12. Maintain an expert level of product knowledge and application.
13. Responsible for maintaining discretion & confidentiality of the company’s technology.
14. Responsible for application related activities of all products of the company Eg. Laser cutting , laser marking, diamond processing, press break etc.
