Job Description

  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Element Accounting (CEA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO) and experience with SAP Fiori applications is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and continuous learning.
  • Functional Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules to provide expert guidance and support to business stakeholders.
  • Implementation and Configuration: Lead or participate in SAP FICO implementation projects, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Financial Process Optimization: Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and design solutions that streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Integration: Work closely with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and PP (Production Planning) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the enterprise.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics using SAP tools such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW (Business Warehouse), or SAP Business Objects.
  • End-user Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and enhance user adoption.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation including functional specifications, process flow diagrams, configuration documents, and training materials.
