Must have Knowledge of Switch Gear Products.
Plan and co-ordinate the production process, including the scheduling of production runs and Allocation of resource.
Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with other department such as purchasing & engineering, to ensure the timely availability of Material and equipment.
Develop and implement quality control procedure to ensure that products meet customer requirements.
Handling of Internal and External ISO & EHS Audits (Documentation, Process, Employee Training. )
Responsible for Zero error in Material despatches with Quality & Quantity.
Knowledge of Green Field Projects (Preparing layout as per plan and capacity, line setup etc.)
Must have knowledge of ERP, SAP/ Oracle.
Must have knowledge of Kaizen, line balancing, time study, OEE, Lean Manufacturing, Poke Yoke, 5s System.
