1. Drive the growth of regional sales through proactive reaching out and
build a sales pipeline with opportunities. Acquire new clients through
sales qualifying activities.
2. Hands-on with lead discovery process and ‘hunt’ to identify, qualify and
connect with relevant prospective leads.
3. Responsible for lining up a minimum of 10 meetings per week.
4. Assist the manager in developing market research, competitive
landscape, and specific sales plan for new territory markets.
5. Grow and manage a pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system on daily
basis and generate necessary forecast reports for weekly/ monthly
management review.
6. Actively manage the sales stage and track all the activities, POCs,
proposals, documents, and subscription details for better account
management.
7. Ensure the professional standard of all written communications w.r.t
client proposals, pipeline objectives, revenue, and profit targets.
8. Liaise with necessary teams like marketing, technology and operations,
accounting during the sales process.
9. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, annual objectives through
defined MIS and CRM dashboard with accurate forecast.
10. Proficient with MS Office, MS Teams, presentations, product demos, and
business development tools.
11. To work within and adhere all the MitKat core values, policies, and
procedures.
12. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, good
knowledge of local language. (Business level fluency)
13. Ability to work under pressure situations to meet deadlines. Uses
positive and constructive coping strategies when under pressure.
14. Should display problem solving, result oriented, self-initiator and
proactive approach.
15. Should be able to capture client needs, convince on call and gain trust
quickly to offer MitKat solutions.
16.Travel will be required as and when required based on business needs.
17. Willingness to work outside of normal duty hours, in support if client
wants demo meeting as per their time zone occasionally.
18. Preferred qualification: Knowledge or previous experience in Business
continuity management, Global Security Operations Command centre,
corporate security, Governance & Compliance functions.
