Communication with Sales Executive must be updated in ERP retails Module on daily basis Daily & Cumulative Sales report (Retail & Industrial) -Territory wise, Executive wise, Product wise & Distributor / Dealer wise, actual Sales and collection achieved against target reports Distributor wise monthly Sales & Collection target planning to be prepared before month starts and to feed in programming and same has to be updated with actual sales & collected amount Preparing Attendance Sheet, No Dues Certi cates, joining papers and other any documents related to Employment, material or any transaction.
To generate Sales Order Performa and coordinates to relevant parties as per order Daily Preparation of Secondary Sales report: DSR Report.
Preparing Expenses as per nalized format on or before 5th of every month. To Coordinate between HR department & Field Sales Team regarding supports or providing them Salary slips, leave forms.
To update the data base with respect to New Carpenter, Dealers or Distributors being appointed by Sales Team or from Dealers.
To coordinate with Area Sales Managers for getting shop-boards meeting organized, event, carpenter meet etc. and to prepare reports in ERP Systems.
To support enhance best visibility of our Products or Brand at level of Dealer or Distributor by convincing them putting signage, products, Banner at shops or their premises.
To generate Sales Order Performa and coordinates to relevant parties as per order.
